It didn't work on the mask issue because there was no law broken by the officials that mandated it.

I think that is why this one might be so important because there are both state and federal laws against what they did. But let's be honest with ourselves. This action is totally unnecessary if you have an executive branch that you know, upheld and executed the law? But obviously neither Biden or Hochul are interested in that, only in tearing down our society

The article stated it wasn't about the issue per se, it was about who made the claim. If the person making the claim wasn't deemed appropriate, then the whole thing never went anywhere. They said a regular joe couldn't make the claim. I wonder.
