The point would be to drag the DS plan out against their will and have a party of interest in further lawsuits. The real Biden isn't willingly going to allow all of this to occur, if he is still alive. He would run, bank on anyone to cover his tracks, insulate himself from prosecution, and then we wouldn't be able to make much progress. Just my take on it, could be wrong.
