Yes. Even a culture known for abuse and hatred of dogs, would ignore this disgusting situation. But over all not a hope-filled outcome for the dogs, being without their handlers and in a muslim country. I do fkg hate Biden and everyone like him on this Earth who pretend to be righteous while doing things that only the soulless would do.
