Think diplomatic pouches that are not open for inspection.... think suitcases full of cash. Ex mayor and his wife caught crossing into Poland with two suitcases full of cash totaling over 80 million dollars!!!!! Everyone of the bastards that make a trip to Ukraine is coming back with cash.
