Didn't you mean 40-60% will never wake up. Even more I think. One thing I learned, it is ONLY God that can cause the blind to see. I am afraid the eyes of America and Europe have been closed due to idolatry and sin. Every city has an idol and every street that has a name offers incense upon an alter. (Professional Sports) It may look innocent but it's deadly to the soul.
