Unvaxxed here. I got an awful cold the November before COVID hit. Since then I've been sick exactly once and some horse paste killed it the same day.

Worst I've been since COVID other than that is to feel a bit more tired than usual very occasionally. I don't think I've ever gone so many years without missing a single day of work due to catching some bug.

Of course, I work from home now so maybe that's the key.
