We also need to be looking at the rise in mental illness year over year. Is transgender up? Are other forms of mental illnesses up? If so, look for correlation/causation? Transgender seems to be up; but could be just our awareness of it? Perhaps the grooming is normalizing/pushing cosplay and now fantasy is becoming perceived reality for some. If specific mental illnesses are up, I wouldn't discount that vile Covid vaccine that leaks all over the place as nearly 70% of US recently has that in common.
