I think the pics available are confusing the issue. The one profile pic in striped shirt looks angry. The other pics are almost all smiling and even though dressed somewhat masculine you clearly see a female. I had to stare at some of them for a minute before it came to me. Men don't smile like that.... not normal ones, they don't grin ear to ear for a camera. Women do that. Mostly very insecure women.
