Where are the kids? Why is the lot so empty of staff? Where's the staff on her break in?

She enters the school at 1010. 1020 is the end of the video. So 10 minutes.

Not one person or kid in 10 minutes of the fire alarm going off?

There are also several staff visible. She started shooting at the doors well before she entered and this school had a shot spotter, so as soon as it heard shots alarms went off and cops were called. That's how they got there in 10 minutes.
