OT but still relevant questions.

Since mom is a vocal anti-gun activist, it seems unusual that the shooter would have guns.

Where did she get her guns? Who paid for them? Is she licensed? For how long? Has she ever been seen in possession of guns before? Taken any training?

I think the answers to these questions will tell us quite a bit about her handlers - and YES, I do believe she had handlers.
