If not an addict and nothing in their system, then nothing. If they are an addict and have levels of narcotic in their system, expect 'cold turkey' to occur.

narcan basically knocks all the opioids off their neurotransmitters, so I'd say if you have any pains whatsoever they would probably be immediately amplified. Other than that idk
