I have noticed the surge of "upvotes" some stories on the "news" page for browsing have gotten as well when before those same stories would of been downvoted into oblivion. I believe they have put their fake statistics into overdrive across the net. Maybe something to do with why all those meetings in private with the WH of late. Suppress suppress suppressssssssss!
