You may be right. If they had someone come out the other day and say nothing would happen this week because of existing plans, they have plausible deniability. They could then leak to the press that Trump has been indicted, get people all pissed off, rile them up with the April Fools Tranny Rally, Blame everything on Trump supporters protesting, and next week come out and say there was no indictment. I don't know if this is what happened or if he really is indicted but this seems like their playbook.

Also I saw a joke the other day about indicting a ham sandwich and they said that Bragg instead ate the ham sandwich.
