Precedent!!!

In Law, 90% of all cases fall on precident. Preceding case law typically means the Constitutional aspect of such an entry or act has been fully researched and ruled upon. The DS has either stepped into it so to speak with everything from released tax information of a former President to now indicting one. Each instance has SET THE PRECIDENT. Either the DS is literally retarded or this has been been an OP to wake up the sleepers.
