You cannot have a grasp on government and the history of, worldwide, if you don't understand why it's important to put as much controls as possible to keep out foreign money influence etc.

Things shouldn't have to be illegal for a good man to not take part. There's lots of legal things I can do but wouldn't because of integrity. How do you not know this about life? Nevermind the governing of humans.
