No, I think he will go in as scheduled. Even the MSM is predicting that he will be processed quickly and will even be released without bond.

I think many people have this idea that everyone who is indicted is automatically thrown in jail and remain behind bars until trial.

Nothing Trump has done is a violent act. He's cooperating and is willfully coming in. He's not a flight risk.

So going in is a formality, really. Just think of it as paperwork needing to be completed. I doubt it will take 3 hours from start to finish.
