so, if Dylan identifies as a "girl", then what the hell is Bud Light doing marketing alcohol to children, and/or using children to market alcohol to adults?

This is scripted, directed outrage. Rather than being upset your dollar is worthless and your rights are being stripped away, now you have a tangible heat sink to direct your energy towards. Something for the masses to rally around and yell about and get mad which is truly inconsequential but it keeps the bullseye off the elites and allows them to continue stealing your money. So your fellow LGBT is simply a scapegoat.
