I think "Not yet" is for the reveal part that he is not under criminal investigation

In 2018 Trump was president and not under criminal investigation.

But now the potus is Biden. 2021, 2022, 2023, and so on.

And he is under criminal investigation.

That would satisfy the _NOT YET aspect of it.
