Haha, I totally forgot Canada. As for Japan, they are masters at pretending to obey the empire while doing what they really want to do in the background. They were not hit with multiple punishing earthquakes for nothing. Already they have started making their moves decoupling themselves and buying Russian oil. Its only a matter of time it becomes obvious ot anyone watching that they are not on the side of the Empire.
