You people that cut out sugar from your diet, what do you drink? I can't stand drinking straight water. I usually drink sugar-free PowerAid or sugar-free Cascade soda which is sweetened with a chemical called "sucralose" (Splenda). Yes I know that's probably a poison all to itself.
Yah splenda is not good. Artificial sweets are hard to quit. It doesn't have calories but it keeps that sweet tooth craving which isn't so good. I am still struggling with the sweet craving. I have allowed myself one little packet of stevia each day and I think it's making matters worse. I do like water if it's Cold and filtered. Our water here is suppose to be artesian and it takes nasty. I did look up on a website and our water has a lot of toxins allowed. If I don't filter it, I can't drink it.
