I made the mistake of doubting Barnes previously and he was proved correct regarding Sidney Powell's chances over her legal challenge of the elections.
I thought he was dooming but he was right.
I've followed VivaBarnes for a couple of years now and Barnes has been right about pretty much everything.
It's a brave person who disagrees with Barnes. Still, he's not God so he's bound to be wrong at some point, but at this stage I do trust his opinions and insight probably more than anyone else on legal matters.
The part where you said that you thought he was dooming about Powell's version of events but then found out he was correct has got to be something you think about quite a lot. That was a major major part of this saga. I imagine it to be a moment that stands out amongst the last few years worth of moments. (A lot of moments!)
If you listen to Viva&Barnes or "What are the Odds" (Rich Baris & Robert Barnes), you'd know that Barnes has mentioned this multiple times.
*That the girl who initially accused Dershowitz has since said that she may have misidentified him. (Doesn't mean he's not guilty, but you're wrong about Barnes overlooking this)
To not even put it out there as a possibility, only saying he thinks its incredibly stupid not to have dershowitz, and that the lawyer Trump does have is an idiot. It's almost like Barnes is watching out for him here. Smells.
Barnes' track record speaks for itself. He's been right about pretty much everything so far, I see no reason to doubt him.
Epstein. Doubt him because hes missing the link between Dershowitz and Epstein.
He's either willfully ignorant on this or just doesn't care.
Huge red flag.

It wasn't so much Powell's version of events but rather the legal strategy.
I think this has all been scripted though and many people are playing their parts.

How convenient for Dershowitz eh?
