She seems to be some sort of witch/"high priestess".

Recall for the 2019 SOTU she and a bunch of other Congress Critters wore white, and she sat in the center of this coven, and her outfit basically had a cape.

Something is up, with her. I suspect. I don't think she's just an actress. But, also, both can be true.

EDIT: I just looked up Zaza, and it's evidently also now a slang word for "Exotic", with some connotation of referencing marijuana. So one could say that her handle means "Exotic Demon". She may be a demon. But she's not exotic. She was raised in Connecticut and she's about as exciting as a bucket of paste.
