I think these things are unrelated. It is interesting but theres just no probable way this is nefarious. As a restructuring professional you're brought in after the damage is done. I bet he knows a lot of some of the things that went down, but you would have to in that transaction. The crimes that went down happened before he got there. CEOs marry other highly motivated professionals. In DC, so many movers and shakers are married and it's not that uncommon. I dont see a direct reason or any likely way that this would be material.
