I am confused with your question. There are some major differences, you know. Obama, Clinton and Bush were much younger when they were in office, the world was not insane like it is now, and...

They had NONE OF THE VITRIOL, HATE AND ATTACKS like what is being perpetrated against Pres. Trump.

An ambulance makes sense when the risk of attack or assassination of him or his Secret Service members is so great.
