Mr. Trump is accused of disguising reimbursements to Michael Cohen as legal fees to hide a hush-money payment to Stormy Daniels.

What did Trump do that was illegal to Bragg?
He paid Michael Cohen's invoices every month and recorded the payments in his check book and on his taxes. If Trump assumed his lawyer did everything by the books, there was no crime.
