I would tread with caution. For one thing, you (and probably they as well) don't know what they were injected with, no point in scaring them. Some people seem unaffected (as yet), some get sick, some die. My daughter refuses to be told anything, though she is happy to take supplements. Its a very difficult situation; they will probably find out about the dangers themselves in time.
