A Democrat lawmaker in North Carolina is reportedly expected to change her political party and become a Republican, giving the GOP a veto-proof majority in the state legislature.

Calling her office now to encourage the move and to commit campaign contributions. Voter rolls are being examined statewide, believe it or not, so donations and votes will be seen properly.
