Does he not understand what that means to Russia?

Does he not understand what destruction a war with Russia would bring? It might well include his own personal death because he is a decision maker.

What a moron he appears to be.

I would like to talk to him for a day or two just me and him so that I could persuade him that his current stance is destructive and wrong.
