Modifies the protein on our cells that viruses use to invade cells, leaving the virus in the extracellular space where it can not replicate and is eventually taken up by immune cells, broken down, pieces are then presented to other immune cells that start to produce antibodies to those pieces. Antibodies bind to the viral cells, other immune cells recognize this and take up the virus/Ab complex and remove from the body. Very basic, tried not to use too many of the specific cell names to keep it easy.
Basically, the body will recognize foreign cells and remove them. By keeping viruses in the extracellular space and keeping them from entering cells, they can not do anything and the immune system will swallow them up and remove them.
This also shows why a mRNA vaccine is dangerous. It is supposed to insert into your DNA so you produce the spike protein, which your body will supposedly recognize as foreign and produce antibodies towards. Problem is, our cellular systems also mark self-made proteins so the body sees them as host instead of foreign. This issue is one of the foundations to the autoimmune diseases caused by the vaccine.
Don't take anything that messes with your DNA, just don't.

I actually knew about this from the info I linked in the OP. It was one of the reasons that once I understood the vaxx, I pretty much checked out completely on it. Like I said, fiance has cfs, and one of the potential causes is an autoimmune response based on cells infected with herpes-related viruses like Epstein-Barr. It's why lysine helps with CFS/fibromyalgia, it inhibits herpes viruses from replicating.
