Analyst confirms Bragg likely violated 6th Amendment with Trump indictment
As the facts start to emerge following Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg's cryptic indictment of President Donald Trump on bookkeeping charges this week, analysts have raised the charge that he violated the U.S. Constitution with his political agenda against the li...
Isn't that why Bragg released the Statement of Facts at the same time?
He was trying to drum up some charges.
He still has not clarified just what crime was being covered up by the paperwork.
It was pretty clear in the SoF:
"Bragg, Jr. today announced the indictment of DONALD J. TRUMP, 76, for falsifying New York business records in order to conceal damaging information and unlawful activity from American voters before and after the 2016 election."
The crime is the falsifying of record and concealing negative information from a public campaign. The reason it's charged in New York is because that's where the Trump Organization was held at the time - might still be?
The real question is who was actually running the TO at the time? I thought he handed it over to his son. Honestly, I don't know if that matters due to the time of when the act occurred?
I've only read the court docs, the rest will come out in trial.
