"If writers and creators don’t own their relationships with their audiences, they’re not in control. Any platform that benefits from writers’ work but that doesn’t give them control over their relationships will inevitably wonder how to respond to the platforms that do," McKenzie wrote. "While incumbents may take actions to stymie this shift, we’ll be working hard to ensure that writers and creators get only more ownership and control of their futures."
McKenzie is one of the creators of Substack.
This whole experiment with Musk should now be apparent to EVERYONE here, as it has been apparent that the Musk's mustard doesn't meet OUR bread to those of us who have kept a close eye have seen from the beginning of Twatter's "takeover."
It's clear to me Dorsey lost control of his minions as they went overboard with the singular minded "censorship" of just the Anons, Autists, Patriots, and others of like mindsets a little too soon and Musk was brought in to regain the control [they] lost.
Make no mistake, this is only the beginning. Other platforms like Substack will be caught up with and either eliminated from Twitter or mitigated (like Substack) to a point of irrelevance on that platform. Musk is now showing his true colors and intentions. Substack is a TRULY free platform where anyone can voice an opinion, free from censorship, which is a tenent this greatest of countries was founded upon. The censorship on Twitter didn't stop when Musk "took over," it just evolved similar in a way to what Musk would like to see with humanity thru his implementation of and humanity's adoption of his quacked out Neuralink chip.
We, The People CANNOT be silenced, nor should we. It shouldn't matter what side of any spectrum we identify with. The TRUE Power of Humanity lies in how we can come together as one and still maintain our own individual identities. Identities that people like Musk and platforms like Twitter seek to erase from our collective mind and memory. Identities that can and will be erased by people like him if [they] are allowed to succeed.
This is something I liken to the Sith mindset of "If you aren't with us, then you are against us."
As a great Jedi once said, "Only the Sith deal in absolutes."
Are you sure you're seeing the big picture here? Musk is obviously part of the plan.
