True. We should always be open to new information, but so far, Justice Thomas has been spot on.

I wonder if he has any documentation of his previous legal advice on the matter. Regardless, this new rule cannot be retroactively applied...though the left can use the new law as an excuse to smear Justice Thomas. Even if they cannot prosecute, they could blame, shame, accuse, and attempt to impeach.
