This is part of some research that I am doing. What would be the benefit of taking (1) dose of Ivermectin @1.87% every 12 Hours ?

The FLCCC has a vaccine damage protocol that has you take a low dose of IVM daily for two months. I don't love the idea but these docs seem to be credible. https://covid19criticalcare.com/treatment-protocols/i-recover/
