A friend of mine raves about these. So I bought one for hunting and 2 of us used it to skin and process 2 deer last fall. It was the knife that never got a rest, and stayed sharp the whole way. Everyone was impressed. The steel is highly corrosion resistant, which is what you need in the field, so you don't expect it to hold an edge as well as it does.
