I just mainlined great quality hopium. Twitter files are done. The establishment is weaponizing against him personally. He needs an out. A way back to normal.

So by "attacking" Taibbi, it removes the "stench of being an alt-righter" because he was attacked by a popular figure, and allows Taibbi to declare "see, I am neutral, let me get back to my normal 9-5"?
