Interesting. I took a screenshot again and drew a straight line from the JFK memorial Q facing down the Arlington Memorial Bridge, through the center of the Lincoln Monument and to the direct center of the Ellipse south of the WH.

I never noticed when I took the screenshot. I just looked and it's oriented NE.
That's pretty close. It makes the Q tail point more downwards if it were north-up I suppose.

Sorry if this has already been pointed out. The trees in the circle appear to read 1:20 or 4:05 ish..
