I personally spoke with a person that was being targeted by gang activity, including breaking and entering, trespassing at night and destrution of property.

Bought an acre of sand with a double wide on it in south central Florida. Working on becoming mostly self sufficient. Dirt is poor though. Trying different techniques to build it up and container gardening. In the sticks so no one bothers me.
On one hand, you are taking care of yourself as it is implied in Our Founding Documents.
On the other hand, you are setting an example for others to take personal responsibility.
