Heads should roll and be fired, relieved of duties, including those to incompetent to detect and figure it out. Everyone entering and leaving should be subject to search, since they can’t be trusted with documents. Or is this a FF, with the leak designed to end the endless money pit in the Ukraine started unlawfully by those high up in government/Deep State?
