On a serious note, I suspect you couldn't send matter back in time, but I suspect you might be able to fuck with subatomic particles and/or modulate electrons across temporal periods. Listen to a radio signal modulated by an aurora. It's wild.

Based on what little we know of the universe today, big objects (us) behave via different rules than small objects (atomic scale). We already know enough about quantum mechanics to know everything is fucking weird.
To send matter back - lots of paradoxes.
To send sub atomic particles back - maybe no paradoxes (have you heard the theory of there being a single electron in the entire universe?).
yes, just one single particle! i can definitely expand on that. but i can also help you understand that there is nothing paradoxical about time travel. you mean the grandfather paradox, or something else?
