UPDATE: Good news, my brother is home safe and sound!
🏆 - WINNING - 🏆
He just knocked on the door moments ago when I was using the restroom, it turns out he took an Amtrak train to Flagstaff, Arizona than going to the airport since it was too expensive.
He told us that he stayed at a motel where he went sight seeing and enjoyed nice things in the state.
Informed how nice the state was, you know I'm thankful for God that he kept my brother safe and sound.
Thanks for you prayers everyone, we deeply appreciate them, if there's anything you want to ask feel free to. God bless you and have an amazing day!
Perhaps you can let him know that if he needs a change of scenery he can ask and someone in the family (or friends? Or church?) will go hiking or day tripping with him. Is there someone who might enjoy outings like that but could use a companion? That way it's not like you are finding him a babysitter but rather he is helping someone who wouldn't get out on their own (and he truly would be helping!)
There are a lot of people who love to go on adventures but their family and friends don't like the outdoors. He has good "figuring out" skills and that could be huge bonus to someone who is lacking in that area. He can plan the outings and that would give him something to look forward to.
Yeah you see, I can see a change happening his disability I can tell is no longer being much of an issue. Asides from him not telling us, we were thinking of sending him to his grandmother and uncle in Texas for a visit. But I think that's enough travelling for a while at least.
