Yea I understand that argument, but there is no legal difference anywhere in the law that makes natural born citizen different from birthright citizen.
It's not like one gets social sec and then other doesn't or one gets a special passport..
I cant stand the guy, but its mentioned in the constitution without a definition..

But the constitution does make a separation, so it is their in this regard.
When a parent is ‘subject to jurisdiction of’ a nation other than the USA, they are bound by the laws of that other nation. And so is their spawn.
Squatting on USA soil does not make a person a citizen.
Your opinion does not change the facts. Born to a US citizen, you are a citizen, regardless of where you are born.
