Don't know about that, but we passed a law two years ago in oklahoma saying no law enforcement in the state will help the feds enforce unconstitutional gun laws.

There's a big difference between 'not assisting' the feds in enforcing federal gun laws and making it illegal at the state level for anyone to attempt to enforce such laws.
