Read to the bottom it explains that he was telling a story about a 12 year old boy who impregnated a 12 year old girl and their parents let them get married.
It looks like the story was twisted in context to make him sound like he supports adults marrying children -- all of this is trying to show him as a hypocrite because he is AGAINST mutilating confused children for the tranny agenda.
They don't give a shit about 12 year olds marrying adults, the writer of this article's argument is that it is hypocritical, if parents can consent to adults marrying their children, why shouldn't they be able to consent to mutilating their kids? That's their argument here.

As to laws about kids marrying adults, I always thought marriage laws still had to follow statutory rape laws (in most states), meaning a 19 year old and a 17 year old are not the same thing as a 50 year old and a 15 year old. Regardless of parental consent (yuck).
