Americans by and large would be, will be, horrified and ashamed of what our government has done. Expose it all. This "Directed Evolution" created of viruses that target certain genetic lines of people, has been mentioned before. This is not new. When do we stop using human beings as though their lives do not matter? How long is such evil going to be tolerated? Things the same and worse than Mengele's plans are being conducted. Jesus help us.
