I think the original CSPAN video linked below is important.

The op posted an enhanced version to see it closer up. Whether it is enhanced or cucked I don't know. When you magnify anything you begin to lose the clarity that people are complaining about.

So the original CPSAN version is important. I see more weirdness in the neck area on the opposite side before and after he scratches his right side.
