This guy got downvoted because people think he is pointing at the covid mask.

Look at the ear carefully:

lack of a rounded element in the middle from the face side
bottom part looks like separated
something weird sticked above the main ear canal from the face side

I also thought the guy is kidding but now I agree - this phot is good.
