As another poster has said, they can make scarily realistic latex bodymasks now, that is not in dispute, and for who knows how long.

The only thing I will venture is that whoever is wearing the skin mask must be 'one of them'. I can't imagine even a white hat actor being willing to sexually molest children ON CAMERA for the sake of the 'role'.
