I never thought about it but if you're limited in supplies, then water balloon paints gotta be super effective. Blocks visioon, sticks to equipment, if it hardens (like acrylic) it can make grips slippery or mechanic parts falter the first few cycles. Paint is abundant at most supply stores

You're absolutely right. The yellow vests have experimented with it and it has proven to be very effective.
