What does tyranny always use to control populations?

Hunger, starvation- probably one of the worst ways to die a horrible death.

Their plan is easy to see. Bring upon economic, govt, social destruction. Create famine. Bring population to their knees, and offer the solution.

CBDC and Digital ID. They'll use some BS false flag to get it all started.
