The way Buffet is mumbling and bumbling thru his words definitely has me suspicious. If I had to guess, I'd say he knows war is coming, he just can't say it (obviously) but his DC insiders are obviously aware as well, and no one has the "script" yet to say the correct spin. Thus the mumblefest.
